The best privacy protection is not collecting any data in the first place. This website does not collect any personal data, sets no cookies, uses no tracking and embeds no third-party services. However, the product pages contain external links to third-party services (Ko-fi, LemonSqueezy, YouTube) which have their own privacy policies and collect data when you visit them.

Server Log Files
This website is hosted by Strato AG under the domain names panta-flux.com (primary spelling) and pantaflux.com.
As Strato does not offer their customers the option to disable access logging, every visit to this website is automatically stored in anonymised form for a period of 6 weeks, comprising the following data:
- Hostname/IP address at your internet provider, in anonymised form
- Date and time of access
- Name of the page or file accessed
- Status message indicating whether the access was successful (HTTP status code)
- Volume of data transferred
- Browser and operating system identifier
These log files are not evaluated by me and exist only in anonymised, non-personal form. Even if analysed, it would not be possible to determine which pages or files you personally accessed.
This data is neither passed on to third parties nor merged with other data sources.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision of the website).

If you send me an e-mail, the data transmitted will be used solely to handle your enquiry and will be deleted once the matter is resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Ko-fi (Donations)
The product pages contain links to the donation platform Ko-fi (operated by Ko-fi Labs Limited, Ireland). Clicking such a link will take you away from this website directly to ko-fi.com. Data is only transmitted to Ko-fi if you actively follow the link. Ko-fi processes the resulting data under its own responsibility in accordance with the Ko-fi privacy policy (ko-fi.com/privacy).
LemonSqueezy (Purchases and Licenses)
Paid products are processed through LemonSqueezy (operated by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, USA), a subsidiary of Stripe. LemonSqueezy acts as Merchant of Record (MoR) and is independently responsible for payment processing and license management. Clicking a purchase link will redirect you to lemonsqueezy.com, where your payment and personal data are processed by LemonSqueezy. The LemonSqueezy privacy policy applies (lemonsqueezy.com/privacy).
YouTube (Demo Videos, Tutorials)
The product pages contain links to demo videos and tutorials on YouTube (operated by Google Ireland Limited / YouTube, LLC, USA). Videos are deliberately not embedded as iFrames — these are external links only, opening YouTube in a new tab. No data is transmitted to YouTube or Google simply by visiting this website. This only occurs when you actively click a link and leave this website. The Google privacy policy applies (policies.google.com/privacy).
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: State Commissioner for Data Protection Lower Saxony, lfd.niedersachsen.de.
